Meditation is the answer!

Well, one of the answers to a mindful life but not exclusively the only answer. I try to encourage others to reach out to find inner peace in their meditation practice - it is not merely about quieting the mind - it is about listening to what comes to the forefront, observing it, then watching it drift away.

I use different mantras, depending on my needs, the White Tara Mantra is for healing, call on her when you need inner healing support.

I find the chakra cleansing meditation amazing when stressed! It helps shift any blockages we are feeling - try it you may just feel it resonates with you.
